Our Mission

Elevated Manufacturing Solutions exists to partner with small and medium-sized companies to assess and develop sustainable improvement plans with operational (safety, production, maintenance, storeroom) principles and processes. This includes assisting, leading, guiding, coaching, and mentoring people to a full understanding of their capabilities and potential by being better tomorrow than we were yesterday.

Meet the President

Jeff Shackleford, PMP is an experienced leader in manufacturing, operations, project management, maintenance, and continuous improvement, with more than 30 years across industries including aerospace, automotive, metal forming, building materials, and food & beverage. He is PMP‑certified, STS‑certified, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and deeply skilled in process integration, operational excellence, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and cross‑functional leadership.
